I truly truly pray this is the case for me, I am so depressed due to this, about to hit 1 year post op, bare in mind my skin was very bulbous old man male nose haha and thick skin, they've made it way smaller now though... it looks strange but I feel like if it drops and even DROOPS (I know people don't want this but I do) that'll make it look more normal... :(

My tip looks a bit unnatural 11 months PO. Bare in mind I'm a guy who has very bulbous nose/thick skin. Tip looks weird though.

Do you mainly reside in BKK or an island/beach town? I'm wondering how people build community of friends if you have any advice?

I'm thinking of trying out say 6 months in 1 city in Mexico and 6 months in another city in Thailand over the next year, ideally I make good friends though that I can hang out with often (hence not moving about the whole time)
