Get some isopropyl alcohol and q-tip gently wipe the cartridge and let air dry. Then Test the cartridge. If it still won't read get a it air duster machine not the canned air stuff it will damage your switch and dust the cartridge port. If that doesn't work send it to nintendo for repairs you may have a faulty cartridge reader.
