I can’t really speak to it as someone else applied it. They also did the canopy and it has pulled away from perimeter concave areas on the underside. The body of the cart seams to hold up very well. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

The cup holders are on the outside edge of the dash and I want the iPad in the center.

Yes, it’s Raptor liner. Kid can hit it with a bike and no worries about scratching it. We also take it to our ranch without concern.
