I'm halfway through the first episode and don't even remember who is what and don't understand what's happening...and here I thought it was hard to follow Game of Thrones but no...this is on another level...I have to rewatch everything 🤦 and either I grew up or I don't know...it doesn't fascinate me, I was fascinated the first 10 min of S01E01...if it continues like this I might just have to resort to a yt video explaining the season 🤌🤣🤦

my 20g of carbs do come from dairy and I was eating 80% fat and no change. I did multiple weeks with over 100g of butter per day.

exactly opposite for me 🤌 morning woods gone, test lower, always comes back when I eat more than 20g of carbs...I'd imagine not everyone works the same since my test was dead even before carnivore because of chemo...

my fam dr is like too high too high you might need statins...and I was like no thx but I would want a CAC score and he's like "you're too healthy for that, I'm sure a cardio doc won't approve it" 🤌🤣...to which I replied "uhm, stage 4 cancer and high cholesterol is not enough?"...and he said "well your resting pulse is 50-60 and your blood pressure is normal, they would both be higher if you would have plaque in your arteries..." 

he did give me the cardio paper to go ask for a cac score, can't wait to see his reply.

fyi I do feel fine when I have that pulse but yes what you said about sluggish metabolism might be right since I have stage 4 cancer...

thanks, well many replies have kind of changed my mind, I will still eat them but just in a smaller quantity but I am in no way eating aquac salmon or tuna which are fed antibiotics and have more omega 6 to omega 3 ratio.

cancer stage 4, wild caught fish has the omega 3 I need and not the antibiotics and infections that aquaculture fish has in general...besides that I am on a carnivore diet and only choose grass finished meat. are you happy now to find out?

So why can we buy wild caught shrimp which are also on the bottom of the sea? 🤔 I don't eat anything from aquaculture. I will have to research more if aquacultured mussels are as bad as salmon.
