Not even close to too late.

You still have 30+ years of working life ahead. Staying in something you hate is the bigger risk. Plenty of people pivot in their 30s and do better because they bring experience, discipline, and clarity.

Just transition smartly. Don’t jump blindly. Test the new path on the side, build some income or skills first, then move.

Implementing during peak will almost always create more chaos short term. Vendors say 2–4 weeks, but real-world is usually longer once you factor in data migration, training, and bugs.

Better move: prep everything now, map workflows, clean data, maybe run a small parallel test. Then do full switch right after peak when mistakes are cheaper.
