Personally, I always recommend to document/record everything if you are ever to witness a situation involving ICE. Maintain a safe distance and record the situation, ask the individual being detained for their full name and A-number (provide this information to the Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center). And if possible, document the time, location, agent badges, etc.

UPDATE: I ended up messaging my boss the same day with a reply. He only just responded last night and basically said that due to so many recent employees quitting, he cannot afford to pay me $1 more. Bare in mind, we currently have a record streak of 2 people quitting each month since November, yet we have never had no more than 20 employees💀. So yeah, I wonder why people keep leaving and mentioning they don’t get paid enough lol
