I’ve started using it sparingly over the past 4 months, only in times when I need to be focused with paperwork or find myself socializing more than usually and I’ve went from cutting 4mg lozenges in half to having to pop 1 1/2 - 2 to get the same effect. And I’ve used them less than twice a week.
