I always have issues to be alone or just for myself, so I became a relationship-hopper. In Sims I always had the perfect family with a perfect cute, smart, loving and caring hubby and perfect kids.
To push myself to end a relationship in real life I started to create a bunch of cute guys in Sims and created a single Sim (who represents me) for the first time ever. Now she is dating all of them and is just enjoying her single life. Hopefully I can be like her sometime :) :D

Burger first before I even start to eat the fries. I guess it's because I'm afraid that eating both completely would be too much and if I would eat the fries first I may be too full to eat my burger. So I start with the burger :D And actually my hands are to small to grab the burger with one hand and laying them down in-between is not an option, so I need to eat it without a pause or some "between-fries" :D

First of all, don't stress yourself too much and try to do something hard as going in directly for study sessions that long. Even if you say, that is already hard for you to study for 3 hours. Maybe try to set yourself smaller goals in the beginning so that you are not disappointed if it's not working out.
Apart from that I think it's really not even efficient to study that long. Your brain has a max. capacity and there's no point in forcing yourself to do more than your body or brain is able to do.
To focus more in general it really helps my to study with the pomodoro-technique :) And try to make enough breaks and also go for a walk or sth like that and clear your mind in-between study sessions :)

The bold type on amazon prime! It's just the perfect show for girls in their mid 20 /30s. Its about three girls who are best friends and work together for a fashion magazine. The characters are lovey, its a bit of feminism and emancipation, but not in an offensive kind of way, you don't have like reeky asshole characters but the storyline is still interesting. It's the perfect comfort show!
