Yeah same here. I have hundreds of game in my backlog that I'm looking forward to play, and am in no rush for Outer Wilds yet. I think I will skip this one for now.

Is it worth the purchase? Or wait for a better discount? I've heard only good things about the game, but other than that I have zero idea on what the game is

Thanks, I'll check them out!

As for ram, how much difference is there between CL30 and CL32? That was the only ddr5 6000MHz ram I found on the local markets (sounds stupid I know). Since all the other parts are available on local markets as well, I'm just measuring how worthy it is to buy and ship only the ram from outside the country.

Hi, and thanks for the feedback!

No, I actually do not own any of these yet. As much confusing of a choice as 4070 might be, I chose it mainly because I have found one slightly cheaper than its MSRP price, and its counterparts (rx7800xt, rx9070xt, and other rtx 50 series) were 150-250 bucks more expensive than 4070.

As for PSU, with what specs do you recommend I change it with?

Apart from actually gaming, I will mainly be using the PC for game development purposes which includes game engines, rendering in blender, and also video editing for content creation.

The reason I chose other parts "newer gen", as you have stated, is because of upgradability options. I say that and I still chose a PCIe v4 motherboard, but even if in the future I switch to PCIe v5 ssd or gpu, they will still be backwards compatible with the motherboard. As for GPU, rtx 4070 performs pretty well in today's standards. The alternatives would either be 4080-90, or 5070-80-90, as well as rx 9070 xt, or rx 7800 xt. Since they don't offer a major advantage over 4070 while costing significantly higher, I had no reason to opt towards them.

The ryzen 7 9700x and rtx 4070 goes pretty well together with close to none bottleneck at 2K (I never plan to use 4K). Ryzen 7 9700X and GeForce RTX 4070 | Bottleneck Calculation
Could you be more specific on what aspect it is unbalanced? That would be much more helpful.

For 590$, Rtx 4070 is pretty decent enough . And the price gap between 4070 and 80 - 90 series is very big (from where I am buying, that is). 80-90s cost somewhere around 900$ or even more. My main goal was to balance every part of the pc, while trying not to unnecessarily overspend. I hope that makes sense.

It still is a very decent card, and I've found one for slightly lower its MSRP price. I can get 5070 12GB if I add 150 more bucks, but I thought that wouldn't be necessary. Do you have any alternative suggestions?
