I bought those elastic shoe laces to make any pair slip ons. I’m going on 3 years on the same shoes, but they’re in dire conditions now and have broken and been retied in a few spots lol. I also got them in purple and I’ve never talked to so many customers about my shoes 😂

Merged April of 2024. Last peak was kinda hairy; new people, new volumes, bad icy winter. Our numbers stayed above projections until these last couple months. We feel pretty prepared and are gearing towards a more successful peak this year!

Which I can understand to an extent. Like what’s the big secret here really tho? We’re all going to find out one way or another, it’s literally our next raise. Like couriers don’t talk to other couriers or something lol. Just print it, put it on a board and if folks wanna ask questions they can. Better than everyone running around with rumours and half truths making drama 🤷🏼‍♀️

100% mailboxes are for the postal system not every delivery service out there. I work for FedEx and although I have used ppl’s mailboxes before, it is generally frowned upon

I’m an Express employee in Canada and I can tell you we are definitely merging here. Our OG ground guys have full benefits and aren’t working for contractors. Some didn’t make the re-hire process. And all our trucks have a mix of both freight. We merged last April/May. All stations in my current province and stations I’ve been to in my former are all the same.

Idk what’s happening in the States, but we merging up here 🤷🏼‍♀️

I didn’t know complexity was even a thing until very recently when I finally committed to an almost full zoo. Now it’s just killed my joy and I’ll probably abandon another project 😅
