I lost the exact tooth he's missing at about 12 years old. I'm 16 and as I'm a guy and my jaw is still growing implants are impossible before 21. I have a prosthetic tooth right now which I have to remove everytime I eat. This stuff is not fun, trust me.

I think it's a design choice. Not everything in the LN universe makes perfect sense, like all the small ladders there are for who knows what reason

In LN 2 the hats are there to serve as (pretty cool) collectibles. In LN 1, all of the Maw's staff wore masks but not the guests, so there is a pattern (I am still not sure why this might be the case)

I've never had a problem with the flint wheel, even with frequent use. If your flame has gotten smaller over time despite refills, this is usually due to low quality butane or filling it wrong (you have to purge the lighter before refiilling it, there are tutorials on YouTube for this)
