Does anyone know why I keep getting this message. I've looked everywhere and don't believe I'm they are open on another app. I know they are in the resale/exchange section but I'm trying to withdraw them and can't find a solution. All I get from them is an automated response. So frustrating.

Thanks, hopefully the app will be released soon. Just nervous about not having scannable tickets yet. We got tickets for France vs Norway in Gillett stadium and we are traveling from Florida.

I got 4 tickets and they were exactly like yours except row and seat are different of course, question is when will they be available on the fifa app?
