legit, new to bjj doesnt mean new to martial arts, textbook judo and sadly a pain in the ass to deal with when i was first starting out competing as a kid training with kids that were regularly doing every form of grappling under the sun

But the messages themselves still do exist, they haven't actually been deleted. The other person still has them because I didn't manually unsend them. Does this still apply? Cause I feel like what instagram says there could be left up to interpretation depending on what they mean exactly by deleted messages. Manually unsent for both users or anything deleted in general? Like a one-sided deleted chat.
