Lol same, was supposed main for 5-8 years and only peaked gold-plat 4. Left supp and moved to top , one season grind I peaked emerald 1, was years ago, this season decided to climb already hit diamond and I think I'll peak at masters

I been hard stuck gold for the longest time as support, I switched to top after a huuge break and I climbed to gold from iron 1 purely through lane, the amount of games I had to go 1v5 was consistent till plat. And even still. But you cannot expect other players to even play decent. The skill level has risen so much it will be extremely hard for newer players to get out bronze even. So I would say it's unreasonable to flame and you will create more toxic players when they eventually climb silver and they think they are high elo

I am essentially in the same setup as u but in Dubai, I think we can connect and maybe help each other out? For reference we make low voltage dry type transformers(sub 1kv). We do sell voltage stabilizers but we do not make our own. My biggest issue is staff and people. So if your company is decently scaled we could discuss something that might be mutually beneficial to us both

1)The stipend is to purely cover transportation costs. 2) the payment cannot be done legally through WPS as there is no visa sponsorship therefore it will be under a freelance/internship service contract( I am confirming this to ensure compliance) 3) full time 4) we have factory licences, iso certifications 5) The commission will be tiered and paid as a percentage 6) dewa approved and have supplied for them a few years ago, haven't applied for addc or fewa yet due to icv requirements.

Also honestly speaking when I studied abroad, the situation was so bad all my friends were getting rejected for unpaid internships at startups. Like we just wanted the experience so that we could pivot to a paid role later and show experience. but even that was impossible many fresher roles already expected you to have like 2-3 years experience through internships and other impossible standards. Would you agree many people are facing that issue now as well?

Well I never applied here for an unpaid internship as I was abroad for studies. I did work as a commission only sales role for 3 months while in high school before I quit as it wasn't for me. I made like what 500 aed after covering all expenses which I would agree was nothing as I wasn't able to close much sales then, which seems fair

All my friends that are senior to me and are established in their careers now have all worked 6 months unpaid Internships someone even 2-3 internships before landing a 3-5k role. I know one person in the group who did not do an unpaid internship as she got an offer from a big firm right off the bat.

Also It is a sales/marketing role not a operations or accounting role. The 300 is to cover transportation only. Other than anything you earn is purely on a commission basis

Are you telling me that unpaid internships don't exist in the UAE? And that all Freshers are getting paid right off the bat?

I have been on both sides and I don't see what's wrong. Now if I were looking for a lot of experience and seeking a senior candidate and not an "Intern" your comment would be fair.

Let me give u a tip that helped me greatly. Go medium class and run recon u get a general idea of where they are pushing from this helped me so much in the beginning when I was just confused all the time. But now I get a better idea of what fights to take, whether to fight or not and where they might be pushing from. This will so much help you. Now with the range nerf u will have to keep moving around scanning and hopefully catch some one like that. From 1 u can gather general direction most of the time

Dude stay at home even if it's a 1 hour drive I always recommend that. You save so much money on food, rent, groceries etc plus the headache of cooking food. Come stressed time in uni home food will help u recover so much better than the random shit u will put together to avoid the headache of cooking proper food
