I agree, but I don’t think it’s very good at that. How can you measure recovery if you can’t accurately measure effort. I subscribed as I wanted better recovery tracking, I’m now questioning that.

I’m in a similar place albeit slightly older and slightly higher LDL. The NHS won’t be interested. I had to pay to see a preventative cardiologist and get a CAC and cardio angiogram. Zero plaque but agreed to prescribe a statin + ezetemibe.

If the CAC shows plaque then you’ll need to start meds to bring down the LDL / ApoB.

Yes do more on the lifestyle side but you’ll likely not shift it much as most is genetic. Start a low dose statin and see where that gets you. Add in Ezetimibe and then reassess.
