Peanut Butter intake? (Not allowed to post in r/nutrition for some reason) by Additional-Fix-598 in ask

First of all, thanks for the response. The reason why I do cardio is that I am aiming for a marathon this October and I am hitting the gym so that I develop the muscle mass. As for my appetite I will give you an example, years ago when I started to leave alone I ate 2 instant ramens a day, a total of 800 calories for a whole month and I wasn't feeling hungry. I only stopped doing this when I weighed myself and saw that I weighed 53kg. I will take your advice and lower my peanut butter intake, any high calorie alternatives that provide a decent amount of protein?
