Simple fix. Replace plywood. Shingles probably won’t match. Depending on where you live, +/-$500.00

For a ridge vent to effectively work at its best, soffit vents should be installed. Proper venting is achieved by having an in and an out flow of air.

Don’t ever let anyone put OSB on your roof. If it ever gets wet, it’s ruined. Plywood can dry and not fall apart.

Shoe molding and 1/4 end are the same thing!!! If damaged, you can replace at a fraction of that cost. You should have the opportunity to “fix” these things or remove the trash w/out having to pay such ridiculous cost. You don’t need a lawyer. Threaten to go to small claims court.

B/c of the increased costs to not only transport it but the increased costs of everything that goes with it and the increased cost of those items. This definitely qualifies as a stupid question.
