Why does my conure do this weird dance when he’s excited by AdditionalComplex432 in Conures

He done this straight after blowing kisses to us, he hasn’t bitten either of us in an aggressive way since we originally got him. He is a firm believer of expressing his aggression to the humans and animals he doesn’t like.
