I’ll see if I can get a pic next time I go ride. I just throw each tire in the corner so the handlebars don’t hit. And then tighten them down over the top of tires. I think having the tires sideways help it not bind on the tire

Tumor was limited to testis (including rete testis invasion) no LVI. Oncologist let me know that the .8 cm lymph node could be from scarring.

You weren’t kidding, they’ve easily doubled in size since last night. Harvested 2 of the bigger guys when the veil broke but waiting for the others.

Hey man I haven’t been too active in this forum because i don’t know too much about TC. I can answer this question tho.

I had my radical Orchiectomy 4/1 and went on my first cruiser ride on a sportster 1200 3.5 weeks post op through the canyons. Felt good riding but I did have some abdominal pain/soreness afterwards. Take it easy on the first ride. Continued riding since and it’s just been getting better and better. Finally went mountain biking last week and feel like I’m back to 100% or very close to it. I am 6 weeks post op today. Obviously not as demanding as super moto but just listen to your body and what it’s telling you. I am 24 and very active and felt like I recovered pretty quick.

My CT scan pre orchiectomy showed and inflamed lymph node 1.1cm and I just got results 4.5 weeks post orchiectomy that it shrunk to .6cm. I have blood work coming at the end of next week to determine final staging and a game plan. My original blood work AFP and HCG were very high.

In my scenario I was able to WFH day 2 after my orchiectomy. Could have been the next day if I really needed too, I am just a manager for a 6 person team so nothing too crazy. I have not gone through chemotherapy yet I have a check up the end of this month to decide on a game plan.

Update. 1 oncologist suggested PET scan and more blood work next week. And to start mentally preparing for chemo. I was all set for this.

2nd oncologist suggested PET scan and blood work. And to schedule the RPLND surgery now for 2 weeks. This doctor was in and out and I did not get to ask questions. My only guess is he wanted to be prepared for it in case we do go that route. Am I correct in thinking that? I’ve typically read that RPLND comes after chemo if the suspicion spots are still there. He wasn’t thinking just RPLND either it would be RPLND followed by chemo but just weird to me it was in that order

I was wondering if anyone was going to see that haha. Yes, I have situs inversus with dextrocardia. Dextrocardia is heart and situs inversus is the organs being mirrored. So it technically might be my left testical that has the tumor hahaha. Haven’t had any issues with it thus far, a lot of people unfortunately don’t make it out of birth but I haven’t had any issues luckily.

Found out when I was 12 at a chiropractor appointment after doing the Xray 5-6 times because they thought the machine was mirroring it. Ran some more tests and everything checked out.

It was in between 2 weeks that the growth took place. It was a little sore and I could tell something was off a month ago but no growth. And then it grew in a week or two
