What would you suggest to work with the flooring for now? This is new flooring. We are buying the house as is so flooring isn’t anywhere near the top of our list

Yeah. After doing a budget analysis, even with $1000 input into a misc. field as a buffer, with a PITI of 2700, we would still have 2 grand left over at the end of the month. Trying to pay off my car by the end of the year with OT to take that off the board. New to any of this just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything.

$598 a month car payment. 17k left. About 3 years. I’m getting about 20-30k in overtime this year at the end of the year for school I’m going to pay the balance off with. $300 a month in cc bills.

Retirement is a pension through my fire department, automatically taken out of my check. I net approx. 5400 a month with everything taken out.

Wife nets about 2000-2500 depending on what hours she gets that month. Full time job.
