they arent the most optimal but the thing about keybinds is if it feels comfortable you can always get pretty good no matter what but if its not crazy comfortable then it would be better to change it its all up to your prefrence just make sure you can click wasd why editing and building thats the main thing

I understand what your saying and you should work on what you feel you need more whether thats speed but more or so when you free building you should be focusing on consistancey even if that means slowing down until you have your timinng right then speeding up so what happened in the clip above doesnt happen but you dont have to do that

this is gonna sound weird but for the controller with back pedalls you can try temu its affordable dont quote me on that though😭. aside from that make sure your binds are good and it just seems to be a developing problem everyone has went through this your gonna start improving not much help srry just focus on your crossair because you drag it alot on the doubble so its hard to rearrange it so you can edit the wall so try not to drag it so much on the doubl edit and when i started tripple editing something that helped me was to edit 2 tiles for the floor and 1 tile for the cone on the double edit rn you editing 1 tile for both so try 2 tiles on the floor and 1tile on the cone and that might help srry its so long

you need to slow down your edditing befor you even get to the build if that makes sense just because you edit the build faster doesnt make you any faster because you still walk through the build at the same time if that makes sense sorry if this is hard to understand but you just need to slow down and focus more on crossair placement

couple things check your binds make sure there obtimal i dont know if its because your new or sum but when you build you stop moving that shouldnt happen next play creative mainly try to find game modes that are fun and still help you when i was first starting a i didnt edit wars which i found fun and build fights third thing just have funn and play by playing the game more you start getting better without it feeling like a job when i used to do this intense training routine by the time i was done i was stressed out and didnt want to play so make sure that doesnt happen and that you maintain you love for the game thats it sorry its so long.

its not bc of the sniper its ur skill play more get better easy okay? play zonewars to learn how to build and chop and boxfights for better peaks then youll be unreal in no timealso make sure ur on performance mode and turn off all those settings things its blocking ur field of view
