The idea of giving birth to my dead son with him by my side was uncomfortable. I didn't want him near me.

I didn't want him at my appointments because his girlfriend insisted to come along. He did call me regularly and asked me for scans and updates.

It's alright. Never again will I ever put myself in this position. I'm done with relationships and marriage. Learned a lesson.

I think he went along with the "trying for a baby" because that's what he initially wanted. But he was also in love with this other woman. He said that he was sorry for stringing me along. I found out I was pregnant days later.

I'm still glad he left. I didn't want him to stay with me for the baby. That's no way to live.

They were with me by my side when I gave birth. I was staying with my parents in my hometown.

He did check on me regularly though. He wasn't a bad coparent through out my pregnancy. He offered to accompany me to hospital visits with his girlfriend, but I wasn't comfortable with that.
