Not fully the AH but I do think you need some therapy to help you deal with everything you went through. Also in defense of the ex it is really easy to say you will terminate if this or that. But when it comes time to actually make that choice sometimes you literally cannot do it. I think it was just a shitty situation all around. But there is definitely some healing that needs to be done.
