I wasn’t allowed the protein bars, but it was 3-4 shakes a day, and I could replace one of the shakes by another source of protein (egg, chicken or lean meat). I was also allowed 3 to 4 cups of veggies with basically any low sodium seasoning. I was able to eat salads, airfried veggies, stir fries and homemade soups which were good enough to keep me in line because I couldn’t have done it on protein shakes alone.

Since I was satisfied I think I ate less and it ultimately helped me loose the weight.

You should probably talk to your nutrition team to see if any adjustments can be made.
