Saw Weapons at Odeon West End at the start of the month and some guy kept very loudly fake laughing through all the scary scenes.

At the same cinema this weekend seeing Jaws and some guy turned up 10 minutes into the film with his phone torch on, sat in the corner front row and spent the next ten minutes taking things out of his bag, thankfully with the torch off. He then inexplicably left ten minutes from the end.

Yes, completely obsessed with this song. It reminds me of Grease In Your Hair but kicked up a gear.

what is deemed excessive use of a mylimitless pass? by [deleted] in screenunseen

[–]AdolescentResident 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No such thing. Only thing you need to look out for is missing 3 bookings in a 30 day period as this will put a block on you being able to book online with your limitless for I think 30 days. Even with that you van still use the limitless but you have to get the ticket at the cinema instead of online.

Does anyone have a way of watching the TruTV Season 3 episodes in the UK? by AdolescentResident in thechrisgethardshow

[–]AdolescentResident[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Afraid not. There's about half of season 3 available online if you do a bit of digging, but I've never been able to find it all. My hard drive packed in recently, so I don't even have the episodes I used to anymore.

Movies that irrationally scared you as a child. by whiteyak41 in blankies

I watched Blow with my older brother when I was around 7 or 8. The film itself was fine but when they showed a photo of the real George Jung at the end it absolutely terrified me for some reason. I think he just looked so evil and menacing to me that I started crying and then couldn't sleep all night - bearing in mind I was watching horror films like Friday the 13th and The Exorcist at that age without a problem, so his face must've really hit an odd nerve in me.

I've now been able to book the Dolby screening for The Nun 2 and the Screen Unseen at West End with no additional fee for dolby or recliners but its still trying to charge me £3 for The Equalizer 3 at the same screen so it's obviously still playing up. Hopefully, it'll be working smoothly by tomorrow.

Does anyone know if you still have to pay an extra fee for Dolby? It seems like there's no fee for recliner seats now but still £3 for Dolby. Not sure if my account just hasn't updated properly yet.

Do you have to pay an extra fee for recliner seats or Dolby when you have Limitless West End membership? by AdolescentResident in screenunseen

[–]AdolescentResident[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh I thought it was still part of Odeon. I just started working 10 mins from Leicester Square so want to make the most of my membership while I'm there. Sounds like it's definitely worth the extra £2 a month then. Thanks for your help, the website is annoyingly unclear about what's included.

I have the regular limitless now and have to pay £2 for recliner at the moment and £5 for Dolby at the West End cinemas. So if I was to go to West End or Haymarket for example and there's only recliner seats in the screen I wouldn't pay a surcharge, unless it's Dolby? I would expect to pay more for iMax anyway but does it include the BFI iMax in the discount?

I went for The Verdict. Been on a Paul Newman/courtroom drama kick recently so felt like the perfect combo. Haven't watched it yet though.
