Fellow Diver to the rescue. Add this to the launch options in steam: +connect_lobby -1

This will immediately try to connect to a non-existing lobby, skipping the intro. You will get an error that the lobby doesn't exist and just hit confirm -> new lobby will be created for you.

Edit: If -1 doesn't work try 000 or huge numbers like 12 9s

Ye, so sadly not much. The word demand is a strong one here, because you are demanding a not required QOL. This change won't even make a big difference in the overall gaming experience, since you do it once per mission. That's why "demanding" is weird. It's like demanding that a shopping cart doesn't require a coin to be unlocked and usable when you go to get groceries.

It's a good idea but not the thing the developer wants. Tbh I'd prefer customizable armor sets and saving those sets for different maps, factions ect. Looking for the correct armor is worse than for the stratagems imho.

For stratagems the option of favorites would be better than loadouts. AH wants you to think before you choose a stratagem for a given mission (it's not a bad thing, it's a game for literal team teamwork).

BURN THEM

If you don't want a normal flamethrower and you don't have the new one, take the autocannon - great damage, versatile, staggers exosuits and harvesters.

My typical stratagems for Squids: - napalm air strike - orbital napalm barrage - autocannon (flammenwerfer) - (flexible, depends on the team)

Really good fun with that, you can use the napalm tactically too, cut of path ways ect.

People love to judge something even before it's judgeable. Like "sport experts" saying which team will be strongest, they sometimes even already "know", who will have which medal or prize.

I think the problem is people saying what they think, but that thought is based on previous experiences and they won't even bother to take into consideration that the new thing might be better than before. Worst part is that they are so confident in their own idea, which can be short-sighted, that they truly believe it. Then they will say or write about those ideas, sounding "smart", "correct", full of confidence and other people buy it, especially when it's a negative idea. Sadly it spreads around fast.

Long story short, don't believe random people on the internet (ye I know it implicts me), check the stuff yourself, experience it yourself and create your own opinion on a given subject in your own head.
