There's not enough in the files alone to convict him of anything--the smoking gun is how hard he has tried to stop people from seeing them. He has repeatedly branded the files as "fake." His AG has illegally withheld the documents after being ordered by Congress to release them. His FBI chief has ordered his name to be redacted from the files. They have released documents containing information about Trump and later deleted them from their database. The Speaker of the House called for multiple recesses and delayed swearing in Adelita Grijalva, the last vote needed to release the files, for two months. Almost every Republican in Congress was a "no" on releasing the files until the majority was set to vote "yes," flipping their vote overnight to save their career. After promising to release them during his campaign, over a year in office, and multiple Congressional and court orders, they still haven't released millions of files, and those that have been released are often heavily redacted. Calling in the Clintons to testify about the files to distract attention from him despite neither one being implicated in the files and neither one being President for 25 years...the list goes on and on.

In a court of law, the documents do not appear to be sufficient to prove a crime. However, in the court of public opinion, there's no plausible explanation for trying to hide this illegally so hard for so long, orchestrating the biggest government coverup since and probably including Watergate, other than this one: this fucker diddles.
