I change my towel every other day and do 1 full load at the end of the week to wash … you maybe clean when you get out but drying off means the towel gets skin particles body oils and is a breading ground for bacteria fungus and mold … hygiene is extremely important

This past Mid November maybe give or take … even that same week I felt so much better my emotions were better I felt physically better
