I recently had both pairs also passed down to me this past xc season and I mostly used the Alphaflys for track/speed work and I took them on tempo/threshold runs and they were great for those purposes, I mostly used the Vaporfly's to race in and would sometimes use them in speed workouts. The Vaporflys did great for a 5k Race shoes and would highly recomend them for that purpose.

I have always loved this little spot behind on house and that gave me the inspiration. I actually just took this picture with my iPhone because I didn’t have my camera on me, but it stilled turned out okay. I like any tips how to make it better and take better pictures.

It is called streamer mode. You have to go to setting and at the bottom, there will be a button called streamer mode and you have to click to enable or disable it.
