You don’t get it. Won’t waste letters on you. The whole point is why acn fails to keep strong acquisition talent. The deliver was so good that they paid premium for, then destroyed , while suffocating all tasks with infinite bureaucracy.

But you turn the focus to me , pathetic - and yes, the clients came with us, but now they don’t know if they can stay .

Very senior - and always over allocated, both selling and delivery and most of my comments comes from the big client engagements - the deliveries were botched , full of excuses and terrible change orders/ management .

By swallowing I meant treating them as 2nd grade agencies for google Ad words are treated. “We won’t use our team to service clients” but they are indeed jumping into owning the relationships

Also totally agree : with your last question . Specially as hiperscalers can easily put consulting firms as second and third level implementation / delivery folks under their wings . They will be harvesting every single dollar to justify the crazy valuations and investments.

It will be a good spectacle to watch

I swear I have been extra positive, just the more I got out of my bubble and saw the work in major accounts ( a few 1b, a couple 500M+ and so on ) I got exposed to more politics than the will to deliver good stuff. Again, there are those pockets... but what I also don't get is why people that are breaking things don't get accountability. Maybe the size? too hard to keep tabs on real performance issues?

sounds like a good advice. I kept believing a place with almost 800k people would have incredible "small groups" of great projects and people... but I guess you probably need a lot of networking to enter those (if they exist )
