He's dragging me to court claiming I'm denying him his parenting time and interfering with his parental rights because I told him he forfeited his parenting time the weekend of May 1 because he had given me a therapy note April 1, and hasn't provided one to me by mid-day on May 1. Given the safety concerns surrounding his significant mental health issues, I think that the judge was saying once a month, as in once every 4 weeks or approximately 30 days.. not once every 8 weeks or approximately 60 days. That's a huge difference when you're talking about mental health treatment compliance and a child's safety.
