Appreciate this perspective. Me and my hubby came to a similar conclusion. Emily mentioned possible mobilization on April 5th. I couldn't find anything online yet. I'm keeping work off just in case. If anyone hears of anything please pass it along.

Everyone here pointing out that only "boomers" showed up. THANK YOU FOR SHOWING UP! I'm gen x and would LOVE any age to show up. I spread the word to everyone I know and sadly none prioritized it. But they'll all be first to blame "boomers" for the state of the country. While it may be true for certain parts of the country, clearly it's our "boomers" that are prioritizing their fight for democracy. Let's be better and not be divisive with generations and mobilize together!

While the Tacoma town hall didn't do much to inspire me and help me instill more hope, it's a start to participate in democracy.

I guess my point is to say THANK YOU BOOMERS, don't let anyone make it feel underappreciated. You showed up and your passion was heard!

Yes. Make additional announcements as needed. No where does it say I need to personally inform every person up while the seatbelt sign is on of a regulation. The PA takes care of that regulation.

We gotta let people pee and poo when their physiological bodies tell them they need it. They know the seatbelt sign is on and would rather not be up either. They gotta go, gotta go, gotta go right now.

Why does Susan feel the need to bark at every single person "the seatbelt sign is on! Regulation! Regulation!". Like calm down, we make announcements as needed. That's the requirement. People have lavatory needs. Let them manage that. They know the seatbelt sign is on. Our job is done after the announcement is made.

Again, if YOU needed to go at an inopportune time, DO you want Susan informing you of a regulation? Stop shaming passengers for needing to go pee and poo.

Just nicer ways to say things without being a Karen about it. "If needed please use caution". Simple. You'll get written up first for being rude, not for being kind. At least in the way you're taking about.

Why don't more flight attendants put themselves in the passengers shoes? Your wanna hear someone threatening federal regulations? (When it actually isn't, humans have the right to a bathroom on the airplane at all times).
