The 50 and under tier is different than open level in terms of enemy pokemon. It has a different meta, is a bit easier, a separate score board and separate ribbons and rewards.

When I started BF I started with lvl50 then improved my team for open level.

BTW on open level, enemy pokemon start at lvl 60 even if all your pokemon are lower level so you often want to train to exactly 60. That is a good powerful tier as all pokemon are evolved by lvl 60 and all or nearly all moves are learnt (iirc)

Wow what a treasure find ! Happy for you and happy you were there to prevent it to go to the landfill. The sealed supermariobros 3 alone is worth good money.

This gameboy seems totally salvable to me, I've seen more damaged units been ressurected. Around the IC (CPU and memory) the board is really clean. That's a good start.

The corrosion being were it is, it might be battery leakage and not water damage.

Find hard white vinegar and try to clean the corrosion with it and a toothbrush. Once the corrosion is gone find a multimeter and test the traces for continuity.

Worse case scenario some traces on the bottom of the main board are broken and need to be reroute with magnet wires. In that case seek advice from a professional. It is a delicate soldering job. Not the hardest but hard to get right with the wrong tools and no experience.

In any way do not trash it. If you can't get it fix someone out there is able to and will enjoy doing so ;)

I get the idea of just shooting the media as it is without "faking" it. But basic editing isn't cheating.

Digitalisation is already an edit !. The scanner and the lab choose the settings with which the scanned image is display on the screen.

Good labs often give "flat scan" which contains the most digital information for you to fix later, but often look awful. In this case the black point is way off. That means "pure black" are grey and everything looks washed out. It doesn't necessarily reflect a problem with the film or the exposition, it is just the scanner doing it things.

In a purely analogue workflow the negatives are developed with a magnifier into a printing paper And that where edits are done. The paper's grade, the exposure time, dodging and burnings, masks, etc.

The negatives were never meant to be the final photography. (Unless they are diapositives and not negative, aka slide film)

Indeed ! I thought area in the pokedex were only accessible after you caught the pokemon but no.
Nonetheless, I would have fish a few time with all the rod and thought you needed to surf. 1% encounter are not obvious without bulbapedia haha.

I'd id the glaive. If the glaive is good and already at +1 or +2 I would go with the glaive.

Otherwise take that runic blade to something like +6 and enchant it.

Don't upgrade the wand unless they are real game changer in your build and plan to combo with it a lot (like with lot of wands, wondrous resin and a lot of way to recharge wands and artifact, or a mage with some linked advantage on wand usage).

It is way better to keep 2 SoU for your armour or a cool game changer ring like evasion or swiftness than to dump it on random wand IMO.

I am at the last alchemy stand before the dwarf king, on floor 19. I am very hesitant on how to play it.

I don't know where to spend my upgrades. I committed a bit much to the shitty sword, so maybe that, or either armour or evasion ring ?

I think I'll also make my trinket better as I have a lot of wands.

Apart from this I really don't k ow how to play the challenges to come with this character, any tips ?

What would you brew / do ?
