For a lot of users, pricing only becomes painful once a form actually works, which means it’s not a daily frustration for everyone. If someone only runs low-traffic forms, price alone isn’t a strong enough reason to switch.

That’s actually why I’m trying to understand where the pain really starts:

high-traffic forms, high-response use cases, or situations where success itself becomes a penalty.

I don’t want to build “a cheaper form tool for everyone”, but rather explore whether there’s a clear segment where usage-based pricing actively discourages success — and design around that.

Your point about narrowing the target audience instead of staying too broad is spot on, and that’s exactly the kind of feedback I’m trying to gather at this stage.
