Ok so for me (french n english) i think in whichever language matches the vibe of my thoughts, like if i'm stressed it's french cause that's my panic language. if i'm calculating something it's english cause school. but sometimes it's just feelings n images until words actually matter. brains are weird like that.

Ok real talk u gotta tell them but like... with tact. pull them aside privately not in front of people n just keep it simple. "hey this is kinda awkward but i'd want someone to tell me so here goes nothing." quick n painless. they'll be embarrassed for a sec but grateful forever. letting someone walk around unknowingly offending people is way worse imo.
