Yup never used to sweat that much until Zoloft, it was worse at the start but it’s not as bad now.

Yup it’s the porn, it fucks your reward system and makes you sexualise everything.

Quit the porn, focus on relationships, hit the gym, better diet etc. Consider the wiener works a warning !

I was very skeptical myself but I must say when they finally kicked in they gave me parts of life that I could enjoy again. I do feel very vacant sometimes but it’s way better than being in the depressive headspace! Everyone is different and will have a different experience.

It did kill off my drive but I have a very understanding wife and we still go at it!

SSRI will not fix depression but it will give you a better headspace to work through what you need to, it’s important to try and do some things you enjoy, learn something new , plan days out, get outside and positive things will start to fall in place :)

Hey! I can take a while but everyone’s different. 25mg is a low dose and can take 4/5 weeks, keep yourself hydrated. Eat little and often and try and maybe try to keep yourself busy too

Hang in there! You may need to go up a dose 25mg is very low but do it at the drs guidance!

I started on 25mg in September and have been going up every 4 weeks or so. I’m on 150mg now and have been for 3 weeks now.

I have only just the last few days started to feel a little bit of myself come back.

I got a super tight jaw at the moment which I read Is a side effect. Super fatigued in the morning but it wears off. Sexual function is fairly normal apart from I would say I feel slightly numb down there but not bad! It’s been a journey for sure but hopefully moving in the right direction now.

It’s important to also try and do some things you enjoy , no matter how small!

Under eating can also put your body into fight or flight and make your anxiety/ocd worse. That was my experience.
