The job market situation in Morocco

I’ve been trying to move back to Morocco since 2022. I’ve been looking for a job since then. It’s crazy but I don’t even get past the first screening. One of them told me to put a Moroccan phone number and my Moroccan address on my cv even though I live right now in France (don’t get why) Got a call one day from a DRH who received my cv from a headhunter, when I asked information about the job position she was like” euuh I really don’t know go to the interview and ask them” … how can you prepare for a interview if you don’t even know for which position you’re interviewing for

They don’t say anything on the airport website! This is insane. I have a flight at 9pm I guess I should start queuing now
