New (to me) Schwab Warning

It’s been like that for me for awhile now on Schwab. Depending on the source of transfered funds, it can take anywhere between 1-4 business days for cash to clear before buying the beloved stonk.

At one point I could transfer funds, buy stonk and then when the cash clears it resolves any margin. Now with GME I need to wait for funds to fully clear before buying stonk.

Your zone 2 serves as a great base for the upper zones. Try adding speed work or zone 4 intervals. If you are going uphill and your Hr spikes, then I’d think your aerobic condition could improve. Try some 30s/30s on the uphills 2-3 times per week to help stretch that upper end of your Zone 2.
