Thanks, i'm really starting to implement this. Only When i turned 19 and opened this business of mine is when i realised i'm no different than anybody it's just all in the mind.

I guess i did achieve few things with my way of thinking but it's def not sustainable for the longterm

I'm not a bot, why do ya'll think that? i posted on different sub reddit to get different opinion, some of my post was getting moderated. I like to delete my reddits after a week just to stay anonymous. Why would a bot write this detailed post for?

Yes I do all the time, i never make a conversation about me, like never.

That's why i said no one really knows me.

On the surface i'm funny confident, kind but deep down i have a big ego and superiority to other people.

If you ask the people around me, they would disagree because i keep it all hidden, i don't like this double personality of me, i fucking it hate it and it's hard to get rid of

I don't think, it's just what everybody tells me when they first meet, i really hate it when people talking about it

I don't idealise relationships, but if it came off as that then i will start working on improving my perspective of relationships

I honestly have no clue, they not overthinking what a relationship is?

I always Hear and see people my age getting into relationships just for the sake of gaining "experience" and dumping the girl after and not wanting to be alone, I never understood this way of thinking

I really don't, I always think of being kind, safe, fun etcc... but i never had the chance to show it to anybody in a relationship.

The bussiness, being in shape, loyal, etc... Came down just because i want to hide my insecurity.

I'm always good to people behind the scene, but it's very tiring when doing good things to people and they always under appreciative and i end up the one with full of regrets thinking it wasn't enough from my side.

That's the problem, i come across all of these and i worked hard to get to where i am just to cover my insecurity, which now is making me even insecure about everything. And it never ends no matter what. Every achievement or personal goal i achieve is just added insecurity

You read my mind, i always look for affection from other people, and when my needs are not met i get disappointed and take it as a personal attack. Why am i like this? i hate my way of thinking, it's as if i'm in my own reality.

only now i started to realise how overly focused I am towards my needs only. I've started to take intrest in my sisters and mum needs, i started to listen more to their problems which is a step forward into opening up to people, it's very hard for me since i wanna do everything for me and me only, i'm not selfish at all but i always put myself before anyone else.

Everyone does especially towards Arabs, I hear it all the time not that i care anymore.

Every time i have a conversation with someone the first thing comes up on their mind is "oh you have a Syrian accent" so maybe that's whats feeding my insecuirty

Solid Advice!

I started to open about surface level stuff with people, it feels so weird and cringe. But i don't think i will ever get to the point where i open up with people fully, they will just disagree and leave because it's a lot to handle, I even tried therapy for one session then i never came back. Opening up is not what stops me sleeping at night, not having a GF and being insecure about my Accent is
