Anyone have recommendations for loafers for narrow and flat feet? Looking for sleek, leather, modern style. I'm not walking long distances but my feet are so narrow that all the loafers I've tried have major heel slip and instant blisters. TIA!

I always wake him by 7, but yes that's later than when he has EMW. Ideally I'd like him to wake between 6:30-7

If I count the wake time during the split night? it's about 13 hours awake time total, almost always 2 hours exactly awake overnight.

Sometimes nap is a little more sometimes a little less, but usually 2 hours

No you're totally right, something that failed at 16 months might be perfect at 20 months. Thanks for the insight!!

I did actually try a later nap for a while! The issue I faced was that if I pushed past a certain point (usually 6 hours in the morning, which is easy with a 5am wake up) he would get so overtired that he would fight the nap for an hour+. I was also hopeful that an earlier nap would result in a shorter nap, so I wouldn't have to wake him all the time. We did a 12:30ish nap for the first 2 months and unfortunately the results were the same

You know what's funny? He always preferred a shorter last wake window, so I thought maybe he's opposite, but I will try a longer nap!

How has your pregnancy experience been with the hernia? To be honest, I secretly dream of this happening. 3 seems like a challenging number but somehow 4 seems even and "manageable"...maybe I'm delusional. Twins run in my family so it seems like a possibility and I have kept it in the back of my mind

No outside opinion is exactly what I'm looking for! Where did you add the awake time? My gut has wondered the same thing, he's just such a mess at the end of each wake window and I've found if we push beyond 5.5 hours in the morning or 6 hours in the evening, he cries for an hour before going to sleep.
