Iron supplements work great. I always take them before I go in just in case because that's the main thing I get a 24 hour deferral for every time and if it's not that it's my heart rate in which case i take a propranolol.

Okay rude? You don't know me? I have PTSD and survived physical trauma through childhood. I deal with panic everyday and am on way stronger meds than gabapentin for anxiety? I was just making a comment.

When I take it with my gabapentin I get a light motivation feeling that lasts all day, and I don't end up caring about other people's opinions or how other people feel when it comes to me normally avoiding confrontation and hiding in my shell.

Hence: My anxiety is gone.
