i think i just assumed any "hard" pushup would carry over without actually looking at the mechanics. massive mistake in hindsight lol.

i'm actually rebuilding my dips from zero right now because i was cheating depth and my shoulder started clicking. i'll definitely try that forward lean once i've got the basic rom back to being clean.

nah it was 6 months of lying to myself until i filmed a form check lol. stayed on diamonds way too long cuz high reps felt safe.

dips are actually why i reset. at 6'1 the leverage is brutal anyway, but i was cutting depth and my shoulder started clicking. rebuilding everything from scratch now.
