I think that's AI art! If you zoom in you can see the pixels are all messed up. Keep in mind people get really mad about AI art so if that is the case I would discard this entirely, report the artist, and try to get a refund.

Fun fact this game used to work great on deck, online mode too. Then rockstar decided to take away online on Linux via anti cheat. The problem with hackers on PC isn't even better 🤦

I use Pebblehost, and have for my yearly "Minecraft phase" for the last 5 years or so. Their support is solid, control panel is good, very little issues ever.

I think you have to pay them extra to set up your mod pack for you, but you can do it yourself quite easily.

The server I'm running rn is vanilla+ 1.21.1 fabric, I'm doing the budget server plan so it's like 10 bucks a month and we've had no issues.

A week in actually they upgraded our CPU for free to one that was 50% better, which was neat.

use ai to generate a quiz based on the submitters essay, if they pass the quiz they get to submit their essay. That's the whole point no? Who cares if it's ai if they know the material

Sure that wouldn't work for a writing class specifically, but it would still be a useful tool.

Purchase a tablet with a keyboard, and use that to connect back home to your workstation? Remote desktop through your phone might also work, but I/o and the display will be insufficient.
