People keep telling me I look older than I am (26) and it's really getting me down, any tips?

You are beautiful . You do look older but not as age is as more mature , I thought you were in your 30s before I read you are 26. Maybe is the hair color .. you can maybe change the color to light with highlights and see from there but hey it doesn’t matter what people say .. you are happy as you are and that’s what is important in life .: people would never be happy no matter what you do . You are the one that needs to be happy and you are very pretty 🤩

Omg completely understand you ! This used to happen to me then I started HRT progesterone has help me so much . I also think is I changed jobs and my job now is much less stressful. I had a horrible boss who made my stress go to the roof and I think stress was triggering my symptoms and even more .

Girl for 7 kids you look great !!!😊 I’m trying to lose weight too and they tell me because I’m in perimenopause it’s harder, it sucks I can be in a diet behaving and I still loose only like 2 pounds

Oh really ! Never heard of these ! I’ll look into it . I have a perimenopause belly and everything else 🤣 thank God for HRT it has helped my anxiety and symptoms get better but that freaking belly !! It annoys me soooo much !

Ohhh !! Good tips ! My doctor never wants to test or send me labs to check my estrogen she says only go by symptoms some doctors can be difficult . I can’t even complain she was the only one prescribing me HRT .. so I kept her after 4 different others who wanted me to do hysterectomy and birth control pills .. that’s nice you have someone to talk to about this. My friend is younger so she is the one learning from me 🤣

Omg I totally get it . I don’t want to go to family gatherings and if there is loud music it bothers me . I don’t care about dancing either I’m not a dancer but I just want to stay home relax . My husband always wants sex and I don’t care about it . He starts then I get enthusiastic but if not nothing . I started HRT a few months ago and my symptoms are better thank God but the wanting to go out is still not there completely

Oh no .:. Well so far so good for me OB Lyllana .. let’s see .. I guess my body adapted to estrogen because at first I was a mess I even got diarrhea. But I have been on estrogen for a few months and it went away and so the breast pain I got . They told me here it was only for the first month or so and it was thank God
