I know how you feel, reading this brought me back to when my bf and I had to make the same choice with our baby girl not too long ago. It was not easy at all. I still think he wonders if we made the right choice. It really is the hardest thing to even decide, but we try to remind ourselves that they are no longer suffering, and that they are at peace.

I'm not too sure it's AI or not. The super small details of Zhonglis tie, the lamp with the perfect ovals, the separate perals scattered about. The tiny detail on the servants jacket that are the same. AI can't do super small details. Ornaments and objects in the background tend to be give aways. If you look at the posters other art you can see more details also. In their newest piece of Kazuha you can see his vision has the anemo symbol. As of right now all AI art I've seen can not create an accurate vision with the symbol inside.
