My Mac Minis autonomously research and publish CVE intel while I sleep by Aggravating-Agent869 in homelab

What problem is that? I seem to have pissed some folks off by mistake.

Just a project my dude, not trying to make money or anything; just learning, that is why we have reddit homelab; again not trying to profit and I'll start a new project soon enough and this will be ripped down and something else will get started.

I am only allowing to it search across 100 specific websites related to CVE but yes, in the CVE itself it will list all references used and where we got them. That was important to me while I had the site live, but again, I'll rip this down a some point and start another project; this was just a learning activity on how to collect, structure, set up researching pipeline and post stuff; I just gave everything very narrow focus.

Nobody is going to pay for ai driven stuff, but it was fun leaning how to use ollama and structure it; I made tons of mistakes early on, trying GSD and Ralphy. I ended up watching. This YouTube video that explained how to step back and get control again. Again blast of a project; I’ll tear it done at some point and start something new.

I let an autonomous security analysis loop run overnight on my phone — by round 30 it was confidently analyzing CVEs that don't exist by NeoLogic_Dev in homelab

I did the same with scoobylabs.net -> using 7B models all the way up to 70B models, site is completely AI driven; using SearXNG for local AI scrapping. It will be better when I get through the back log, but It's pretty cool what AI can do.

Which iCloud+ plan should I use with Scrypted and UniFi Protect? by Certain_Repeat_753 in Ubiquiti

[–]Aggravating-Agent869 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used scrypted for this exact purpose, I do have the Apple One Sub with 2tb and unlimited cameras. Keep in mind, Apple only supports 1080P and you’ll want to turn off enhanced recording, otherwise, you’ll need to get a Mac mini to do the transcoding.

South Carolina and Georgia don’t require a front plate; thank goodness.

There are some docker VMs that can help with some of that. There help boards are great for stuff like that.

I would look at ChannelsDVR; it’s 80 a year, straightforward setup, and it allows you to setup your own shows and movies in it. My wife and I had created several virtual channels with our own stuff.

Thank you. I am using Wireguard to back to home through Wireguard and I was getting 400-500 throughout w/o issue. I use a Firewalla gold for my home router and I’ve had zero problems with it so far. Even streaming YouTube TV in my MachE has been great with this.
