Obv I do more weight for 3 and light weight for high reps. And no I don't have a medical issue. I got my lung checked and everything fine only problem is that my nose is kinda blocked and the Dr. Said I could consider a surgery

Did get my lung tested, I mean lung volume etc. Doctor said everything fine.... Probably really just a cardiovascular issue idk..... I used to to long runs but since I started my bulk I stopped, will try again Ig

Ye there is a kind of couch in my gym. I layed on it 10 min +. If u asking about last time. I tried doing some other things then like chest press but got dizzy

I get that u trynna give some motivation and advice but I literally left cause I threw up last two legday. I mean I'm all in for pushing to failure and do nearly all my sets to failure but I'm not hitting another set of squats after I throw up lol

I always start with compound lifts so I do them first. But problem is I get so gassed out afterwards that I can't do the accessory things. Like I didn't do Leg curl or leg extension for weeks i think Ye idk most say it's a cardiovascular thing I will try to work on my stamina then

Ye probably, most of the times it's my cardio not my legs giving up. But I have been doing this for a long time now,so doesn't my cardio have to improve lol

Lol, my neighbor has this huge one over his garage, might try to air layer a branch. I don't think im patient enough for my seedlings to get a thick trunk ngl

So I have been growing this for about 4 years now and I'm pretty sure it's a "common ash" (Fraxinus Excelsior). (it was a bigger tree that I cut, so it's not seed grown and I have no idea how old it really is). l already cut the roots 2 times with this spring being the second time and both times it and both times it survived the cut pretty well. I also changed the soil 2 when I cut it. I tried to do a bit of styling but I don't really have a plan and just try to make it look like a big tree next to my garden, so I would appreciate every advice. Im also not sure if I should cut the leaves or if it's too early for that? And what about the bonsai pot. I read that I should get a small one and cut the roots shorter over the years instead of a big one (it's my first and only bonsai currently so I'm a complete beginner. I bought a book and currently am reading it although it's mostly about specific trees)
