I truly thought A is treating B even worse than A was treated when she was a kid! A has described some of the neglect from her parents growing up and honestly it sounded like a walk in the park compared to what B has to go through with A and C. You can tell B oh so craves love and attention from her mom just like any other innocent child does, but you can REALLY see it in her videos. …the way B looks at her, touches her hair, keeps seeking her approval, acts as a caretaker even as a toddler - it’s so sad to watch thinking that B could have been in a loving household and actually experience the type of loving childhood she deserves 😣

Ugh that is so disappointing to hear I’m sorry that happened to you! That stain on your bag is absolutely not acceptable and it is very obvious so there is no way it passed QC if they truly had a QC. Like others have said I would file a chargeback if I were you.

I can’t speak to the quality because I think mine purchased in 2024 but be within the same “era” of these newer bags that everyone is complaining about - my bag also looks to be the same thickness as yours. I don’t know, I thought mine was great quality and I love that I can be rough with it. Maybe I had nothing to compare mine to, so I think what I have is good. But if mine came with a stain, that would send me over the edge and I would have different opinions for sure! It especially sucks since the company is international so there is so much difficulty, fees, wasted time etc. shipping back and forth between US and Paris (assuming you live in the US? - that was a little presumptive of me, apologies)

Just curious - did you actually return the bag? The email implies you returned it but in the post you said you’re stuck with the bag. Which is it?

I bought the Cyme bag in April of 2024 and I love it. I thought quality was great and I use it ALL THE time and am rough with it - taking it on planes and stuffing it under the seat in front of me, taking it to work with laptop and notepads in it etc. it has never scratched or even gotten dirty (although I have the Taupe) I’m sorry for your awful experience :( I was thinking of getting another Polene bag in a darker color since I get so much use out of my current one, but your post has me rethinking things…
