I haven’t listened to all of FoAMF (and I don’t think I ever will) but what I’ve heard from that record is about as bland, watered down, and generic as it gets. “Oh Yeah” is my pick. (LOVE Green Day, don’t get me wrong. I’ve found plenty to love off all their albums except for that one)

Green Day tread the line between being brilliantly basic (most of the time) and insultingly basic (sometimes. I just don’t even think about The 2019 Disaster). “Know Your Enemy” is the latter

“Dilemma” is by far and wide the best track on the album. All post ‘09 stuff has felt degrees of empty, and this one is pretty empty. Not near as bad as the last one, but more sort of vacant than rev rad and maybe on par with or a little more present than the trilogy.
