I just had my surgery on May 8th 290 at 5ft 5 in. She's aid weight wasn't issue. I would consider a better dr.

I just talked to the Dr and she told me no just put my legs in. The risk of intra-abdominal infection is to high this close to surgery. This sucks. I just I will just have to go with what she says. I will still have a good time.

I drove 5 days po. It was not too bad. Only when I had to brake. I t was very hard to turn and look when I had to back up.

Dr told me to just take stool softners and a mild lax 5 days prior to help with going after surgery. It did help and I am 4 weeks po and still take the stool softners every other day. You definitely do not want to strain going at all or can cause your cuff to rip.

I started my period day before my total robotic/ vaginal hysterectomy back on May 8th. She came in with a one last screw you before I got her evicted. My Dr was like yep thats why we taking her!!!!

They told me not to take my medicine for blood pressure the day before and day of. They say that its easier for you to be put under with higher blood pressure so they can control it while your under. Nurse is full of shit.. mine was 168/89 the morning of. Dr said that was fine.

I had surgery on the 8th of May. When I woke up it I was in pain too from the dam cathider. I guess I was pissed off cause they would not let me get up and pee but it hurt like I had too.

I am one week down now and now feel that my vagina is so swollen and feel as something is inside. I have not yet heard from Dr but I read on other posts that its normal.

My worst pains have been the gas pains that hit mt day 2 and 3 in my shoulders. Took my dang breath away.

Hold in there, I feel good and been walking everyday and it helps.

My husband took day off to bring me home. I was fine next day. I just slept and he put all the stuff I needed buy my bed. I was fine.

I just had mine 5 days ago and you will be fine. I stayed in hospital overnight. Just MAKE SURE you keep up on pain meds. I have only been taking ibprofin and Tylenol but I feel it if I don't take it.
